My Pension Plan Jeevan Suraksha policy no.: 360727653

On the vesting date, of my above Policy, i.e. on 15/09/2011, I had opted for receiving 25% of Notional Cash Option and annuity on the balance NCO as commutation value. Now AFTER DEDUCTION OF COMMUTED VALUE OF PENSION, I have been receiving pension annuity of Rs.917 every month.

I believe that in Government service and elsewhere whenever pension is partly commuted, the commutation gets restored after a period which may be 10 or 15 years in some cases and the total pension is payable as per a decision of the Supreme Court of India.

Hence kindly advise me as to when I become entitled to restoration of commuted value of pension and from which date I will get full pension.
