    I am sorry to inform you that, I have LIC plan for my Daughter forthcoming / upcoming marriage scheduled. Through your LIC Agent Code No. : 01253873 SURENDRAN GOPALAN on 28th Dec. 2013 vide plan 149 – 58.Quarterly installation Rs. 3,375/- I have regularly paying last installment paying to tomorrow or day after tomorrow.

    Yesterday, afternoon, I have first received in your LIC branch letter as above. In your earlier letter I have not received in my end. Pl. send us earlier letter to us. As per commitment in your LIC Agent Code No.: 01253873 Mr. SURENDRAN GOPALAN ( M-94263 66810 ) that time you said / told that your maturity policy period 10 years. After completed 10 years you get /have receiving in your end 1.5 lacks. My total premium paid capital is Rs.1,35,000/- ( Rupees. One lacs Thirty five thousand only ) In your letter mentioned that you only 1,29,367/- on Dec. 2023 in my end. How it may be possible ?. I have losses 6000/- LIC interest per calculation data sheet provide to us.

In reputed your LIC reputation reducing day by day above recruited Hired agent, in my facing feeling practical bad experience in your agent.

    In your good LIC office above letter Mr. NARESH UPADHYAY – ( SAMPARK OFFICER ) mobile is always switch off mode. Tomorrow afternoon onwards to till time.[ 17th Onwards ] Pl. observed in your officer mobile status.

    In your letter dated 16th Oct. 2023 not provide official email id / Landline Number one contact number is their always switch mode I have searched your data in your 873 websites and another LIC Officer.

    I again, request you that kindly consider my request pl. revert reply prompt response in this maximum 2 days. Pl. take some appropriate action to your agent LIC Agent Code No.: 01253873 Mr. SURENDRAN GOPALAN provided that time me wrong information in agent beneficiary.
