Health after CORONA – COVID-19
Health has become a big concern after the pandemic disease called CORONA – COVID-19. The Whole World, from wherever human beings live, suddenly started feeling the necessity for care and insurance for everyone. This disease showed its face in early 2020 and by the end of 2020, it started coming down. By that time, most of the countries already reached a point where they needed a revival plan from the Government.
Again at the beginning of 2021, new variants of CORONA started spreading very fast in all countries, mainly in the European countries. The most affected are the Western Countries due to cold weather and food habits. There was a wrong feeling that CORONA would not spread in South Asian countries due to hot conditions. But this also proved wrong and lakhs and lakhs of people got affected and many thousands died.
The disease spread very quickly due to the lack of awareness and non-availability of medicine. The best way to save ourselves from the deadly disease is to wear a mask and keep away from big gatherings.
The best everyone can do is create awareness by wearing a mask whenever go out. How long The Government can educate the people. We all should come out and spread awareness to all.
The public gathering should also be avoided like marriage parties, Religious functions, etc.,
Traveling also should be restricted and only when it is very urgent, go out of your city. Foreign travel has come to a halt after Corona Disease. Most Industries like travel, Event management, Eateries, etc. are facing big problems due to an enemy who is invisible.
What to do to keep yourself and others safe from COVID-19
- Maintain at least a 1-meter distance between yourself and others to reduce your risk of infection when they cough, sneeze or speak. Maintain an even greater distance between yourself and others when indoors. The further away, the better.
- Make wearing a mask a normal part of being around other people. The appropriate use, storage, and cleaning or disposal are essential to make masks as effective as possible.
Here are the basics of how to wear a mask:
- Clean your hands before you put your mask on, as well as before and after you take it off, and after you touch it at any time.
- Make sure it covers both your nose, mouth, and chin.
- When you take off a mask, store it in a clean plastic bag, and every day either wash it if it’s a fabric mask or dispose of a medical mask in a trash bin.
- Don’t use masks with valves.

Spending on health is increasing day by day. All Countries are doing their best at this pandemic time. The data by World Bank shows the growth in Health spending by Western countries, which is at the highest at 9.62% of GDP.
Corona is not a disease, it can be controlled by creating awareness and proper medication. Health Insurance is also very essential in the fight against CORONA- COVID-19.
